In January 2012 LAPD issued Special Order 1 (Formerly Special Order 11), which authorizes LAPD officers to gather intelligence based on “observed behavior.” These behaviors include such everyday non-criminal activities such as listed above. LAPD submits Suspicious Activity Reports to a national information-sharing network which links government and private collectors and users of intelligence data.

Prison Industry Divestment Movement 
I just heard the tail-end of the Town Hall held by this organization, on KPFK-FM. Good stuff. I’m surprised that “Special Order 1” is apparently not addressed on this page. On a national level, I am dismayed that many Americans have not yet awakened to the fact of “9-11” being a “false flag operation,” used to help justify some illegal and lunatic military campaigns, which are going on, even as we sit here (with the Arabs being the scapegoat cultural group), and to the fact of the last three presidents being the authors of very oppressive policies and a hidden globalist agenda. NO, Virginia, Mr. Obama is NOT on our side. The American republic is ailing badly.
And, from what I understand, the president just signed another Dept. of Homeland Security related directive, which we need like we need a hole in the head. If you have any knowledge of world history, you’ll recognize the strong parallel with the Nazi Germany “Enabling Act” of 1933.
Respectfully, your graphic arts person needs to replace the badge on your logo with one that reflects the genuine LAPD badges. This one does not meet the grade. ; )
