Check the Karnes Civil Dentetion Center in Karnes City had no running water for over 12 hours and was not given water to residents or employees. The residents were using the restrooms with flushing the toilet and had feces in the toilet due to no water. No running started from 0300 and turned on at 1500 the same day. Facility is short staff and is not providing water for employees in these hot days.
