Challenging E-Carceration is proud to publish our latest research paper, “Building A New Research Agenda to Challenge E-Carceration” by James Kilgore This paper highlights the need to research electronic monitoring with all the rigor that has been applied to the prison industrial complex as a whole. In particular, the paper stresses the need to apply a race, gender and class lens to the use and impact of these devices.
