Southwest Ranches (SWR) is under talks with Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) and the Department of Homeland Security/ Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to build a 1,500 bed immigration detention center in SWR.

Pembroke Pines residents go to the next town council meeting on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 6:30pm, 10100 Pines Blvd., Pembroke Pines, FL 33026 and tell them you want the EMS/ Water Services contract with SWR to be terminated! Take action now- Attend the meeting/call them/email them.
