Members of One America and SEIU 775 organized an action outside a Wells Fargo branch in Olympia, WA on Thursday January 26th as part of the National Day of Action called by the Prison Divestment Campaign. Over 40 community members joined the action. Participants passed out flyers to customers, while others chanted and rallied around the branch with posters and signs demanding Wells Fargo dump the prison stock and Comprehensive Immigration Reform Now. Protestors then led a delegation to speak with the branch manager into the bank offices. Police was called on the peaceful protestors by Wells Fargo representatives who refused to dialogue with the community.
